I’m passionate about helping organisations to build leadership capability that remains effective under sustained pressure, by embedding learning, connection, regulation and decision clarity into their daily leadership practice.
I've been supporting and elevating leadership performance for most of my career, designing and delivering development programmes, as an action learning facilitator and as a neuroscience trained executive coach.
